Suncatchers
What is a suncatcher?
A suncatcher is a window cling which when placed on your window will create beautiful rainbows across your walls when hit with direct sunlight. They also make an adorable window decoration for those days that arent quite as sunny!
How do I apply my suncatcher to the window?
Peel off the backing film of your suncatcher and ensure your window is clean before placing it on to it. All suncatchers include application instructions.
Will suncatchers be restocked once they're sold out?
Sold out suncatchers will be restocked every 1-2 weeks, further updates will be provided via my Instagram, @poppodopolis_
I'm renting, can I still use a suncatcher?
Suncatchers are completely renter friendly, they are easy to remove and are also reusable, should you wish to move it to a different spot on your window.
I removed my suncatcher from my window and there's an outline left behind, how do I get rid of this?
This is just a dust mark that has formed due to the suncatcher being on your window for a long period of time, this can easily be cleaned away using window cleaner and a cloth, it is not a permanent mark.
Do you offer wholesale?

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are sent first class which costs £1.50 (free on all orders over £20, UK only) . Tracked shipping is also available which is £2.70 (free on all orders over £50, UK only).
International orders are all shipped with tracked shipping (except Poppodopolis Post unless chosen) and shipping is around £12.
Is shipping available to my country?
At the moment, orders through the website can be shipped within the UK, USA, Australia and the EU.
However, suncatchers can also be shipped internationally to some countries via my Etsy - Poppodopolis.
How do I track my order?
The option to track your UK order is available at checkout, and all orders over £50 will receive free tracked delivery.
All international orders receive tracked delivery.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
UK orders will usually take between 1-3 days to dispatch and will be sent first class, unless an alternative option is chosen at checkout.
International orders will also take between 1-3 days to dispatch, and will be posted International Tracked.
I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
All orders are sent first class with Royal Mail which usually takes around 1-2 days but can be between 5-7 during the busy periods. If you have not received your order within a week of dispatch please get in touch with your order number and this will be investigated and resolved for you. The option to track your order is also available at checkout.
International orders should wait around a month.
Can I alter my shipping address?
If your order is yet to be dispatched then you can get in touch with your order number and the correct shipping address, and this change can be made for you.
